We will know the results (maybe) of big election this time next week.
The past few years have been mind boggling, and I couldn't have understood them without help from the Bible.
A guest in the gallery and I got quickly in a discussion about what has been happening in America, and he used the word satanic. I must agree. It is the classic battle between good and evil. The forces of Good (God and truth) and evil (Satan and lies/deception).
Just thinking of the words Right and Left. Right speaks for itself. It is not just a direction but is also the opposite of wrong. Left is not just a direction but speaks of being left behind, left out., leftover, unusable. It is not an accident that the right is right and the left is not right. Why would someone not want to be right?
The Bible considers the people on his right to be the sheep of his pasture. The ones on his left are the goats who will not make the cut to a good place in eternity. Many in the left probably are deceived into not believing in eternity, so they don't care. The easily deceived cling to their false beliefs.
People on the left seem to be upset, depressed, anxious, angry, or fighting continual issues, as if it gives meaning to their lives.
Ecclesiastes 10:2 says: The heart of the wise inclines to the right, but the heart of the fool to the left.
Better to be a doorkeeper in the courts of God than to live in tents with the wicked.
